• Both us and our planet will be happy if you return the order in the packaging in which you received it
• Due to the difficult possibility of collecting parcels and difficult contact with postmen, branches and postal couriers, if possible, please do not send parcels via Poczta Polska. We are not responsible for uncollected parcels sent by post, because in most cases we do not receive notice for parcels left at branches.
• You can send the parcel by any courier, but for the greatest security and fastest return processing, we recommend DPD, InPost, UPS, DHL, GLS
